ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and shipping information. Please review it carefully to ensure all information is correct (e.g., country, street number, company name, unit number, etc.). If you notice any errors, contact us as soon as possible.

SHIPPING
We offer express global delivery through trusted logistics providers: DHL, UPS, THT, FedEx, Wanb, EMS, YunExpress, and Yanwen.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy seasons or major sales, processing times may be extended. Once your order ships, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number.
Delivery time may be extended due to customs checks or other unexpected delays (up to 5 business days). While we aim for timely deliveries, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your order number, carrier info, shipping date, status, and tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier's official website after 24 hours.
Once your parcel arrives in your country, it will be handled by your local postal service, and tracking will be available on their website using the same tracking number.
If the tracking shows a delivery issue, please contact your local post office first for details.

DELIVERY ISSUES
We take care to package your order securely. If your items arrive damaged, please contact us at luniostore@gmail.com within 3 business days, and include photos of the damage.
If possible, make a note of any visible issues with the delivery (e.g., wet or torn packaging) when receiving the parcel and notify the carrier.
CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you notice an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at luniostore@gmail.comso we can update it before the order ships.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- In the event of force majeure (e.g., extreme weather), order processing may be delayed, but we will fulfill your order as soon as conditions improve.
- Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it will need to be re-shipped at your expense.
- If you return a product for any reason not related to quality issues, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping fees.
